Results of recent GRO surveys
During 2009, the General Register Office carried out three surveys to obtain feedback from customers:
A survey of Public Search Room users
A survey of customers obtaining certificates
A survey of website users
Unforntunately due to the poor number of responses received from website users, no analysis is available.
